Position: Order Pickers

Pay: $17.00 and $18/hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM and 2pm-10:30pm

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Order Pickers to start IMMEDIATELY Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules to plan and prioritize work
• Ensure inventory is available for production needs
• Complete cycle counts and manually count products
• Organize and replenish stock using RF Scanner
• Assist in training new team members and share best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Familiarity with RF scanners and basic computer skills
• Basic math and label reading abilities
• Attention to detail to maintain safety and prevent errors

Skills

• Material handling and inventory organization
• Use of RF scanner and barcode scanning
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and equipment inspection
