Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team in Jonesboro, AR (72401). As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
• Utilize handheld scanners and other technology to track inventory and orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Previous experience with standup forklifts required.
