Job Title: Order Picker (High Reach Equipment)

Location: Greer, SC

Pay: $19/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Occasional overtime and Saturdays as needed

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Greer, SC. This role requires operating high-reach order picking equipment (20–25 feet) and handling daily warehouse functions including picking, packing, staging, and shipping orders. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and have prior experience in a distribution or fulfillment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate an order picker at heights up to 20–25 feet
• Accurately pick, pack, stage, and ship customer orders
• Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to track products
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Inspect and verify orders for accuracy before shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a distribution center, fulfillment, or logistics environment
• Previous experience operating order pickers, forklifts, cherry pickers, or similar equipment
• Comfortable working at heights (REQUIRED)
• Experience using RF scanners, tablets, or inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift
