Forklift Operator / Order Picker

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator / Order Picker to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating sit-down forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks while safely and accurately handling warehouse materials and customer orders.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Retrieve and put away products from warehouse racking.
• Load and unload trucks and incoming shipments.
• Move materials between storage, staging, and shipping areas.
• Verify products, quantities, and order information.
• Use RF scanners, pick tickets, or warehouse systems.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all equipment and warehouse safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating sit-down forklift, order picker, and reach truck required.
• Previous warehouse/order picking experience.
• Comfortable working at heights when operating an order picker.
• Ability to handle heavy and bulky materials.
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
