• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our order management system.
• Collaborate with sales, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Analyze order data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, payments, and shipping.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Assist in the development of order management policies and procedures.
• Provide support for audits and compliance-related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in order management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with order management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
