Responsibilities

• Analyze order data to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to optimize inventory management and order processing.
• Monitor order status and resolve any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.
• Prepare and maintain reports on order fulfillment metrics and performance.
• Identify areas for improvement in the order fulfillment process and recommend solutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for order management.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required and experience with order management systems. SAP preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
