Work Location: Abilene, TX 79601

Shift Schedule: Mon to Fri 7 am- 7 pm or 7 pm- 7 am

Pay rate: $16.00 - $18.00 an hour

Duration: 06 months contract with possible extension**

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Order Builder to accurately pick, pack, and stack products for customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will safely and independently operate motorized and manual material handling equipment to prepare shipments for delivery. This is a physically demanding position that requires consistent movement, compile with productivity standards, and a strong commitment to safety and quality control.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurately pulling, packing, and palletizing customer orders based on pick ticket.
• Securely wrap and stage completed pallets in designated warehouse zones.
• Maintain a steady pace to consistently hit required productivity benchmarks.
• Operate machinery like electric pallet jacks, walkie-riders, or manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.

Qualifications:

• 0 - 3 year of general work experience required. High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Good hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and fine motor skills for continuous lifting, twisting, and grasping of products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet (standing/walking) for long periods.

• All workers attire should be Non-Logo Tee Shirt Red, Blk, or Grey- Non-Log Baseball cap (if applicable).
• Proper safety footwear required (steel toe, puncture resistant sole, and provide above the ankle protection) as specifically stated below
