The Oracle ERP Techno‑Functional Analyst is a key member of a highly collaborative production support team responsible for keeping our enterprise systems stable, reliable, and continuously improving. This role combines hands-on production support with strong techno‑functional expertise and a team-first mindset.
You’ll work closely with fellow analysts, developers, business partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and ensure our Oracle Supply Chain systems effectively support the business. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration, knowledge‑sharing, and a willingness to partner across teams to solve problems together.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide production support for the Oracle Supply Chain Suite ERP while partnering closely with business users and IT teams to resolve issues
Collaborate with functional leads, developers, and support peers to analyze problems, coordinate fixes, and deliver system enhancements
Act as a trusted team resource - sharing knowledge, mentoring less‑experienced colleagues, and contributing to a strong team culture
Participate in team discussions, incident reviews, and problem‑solving sessions to drive consistent and high‑quality support outcomes
Use SQL and data analysis to support root cause analysis and inform team decisions
Contribute ideas and best practices to improve processes, reduce recurring issues, and strengthen overall system support
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
Strong implementation and production support experience with Oracle R12 SCM, particularly Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (PTP)
Functional knowledge across Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Cost Management, Finance modules
Ability to write and execute SQL queries for analysis and troubleshooting
Demonstrated experience working in a team‑based support environment, guiding others through complex issues, and sharing best practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
Work Arrangement: Fully In Office: Monday-Friday
