Responsibilities Include
Manage a team of contractors while serving as the key liaison to DIA Government Staff.
Collaboration with OSINT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the DIA OSINT Program and throughout the wider DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), and Five Eyes (FVEY) nations.
POC to the Government, providing leadership and guidance for contractor personnel assigned to the OSINT Policy & Governance Support Team.
Responsible for quality and efficiency of team’s operations.
Represents Leidos to Government Staff.
Responsible for on time delivery of team’s contractually required programmatic artifacts.
Optimizes use of all team’s resources to enhance mission efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Education
- Required Experience, Skills, And Education
- 12 years' experience in policy development, coordination, and compliance, preferably within government or intelligence settings.
- Education requirement: MS in Public Policy or Law

Preferred Skills and Education
- Experience with working in a dynamically evolving environment as a member of a diverse, collaborative and often dispersed team
- Experience creating policy based on DoD and IC manuals and directives.
- Familiarity with the Defense Open Source Council.
