Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring a Metal Spinning Machine Operator in the Terre Haute, IN area.
Job Summary
The Metal Spinning Machine Operator will set up and operate metal spinning lathes to produce metal parts according to customer specifications. This position involves reading technical drawings, performing quality inspections, using precision measuring tools, and following safety procedures. Previous experience is helpful but not required. Training is available for motivated individuals willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate metal spinning lathes to produce parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions.
Perform quality inspections throughout the production process and document measurements.
Follow safety procedures when operating machinery, setting up tools, and handling materials.
Make necessary tooling adjustments to maintain product quality.
Maintain a safe and organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience operating metal spinning lathes or similar manufacturing equipment is helpful but not required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with measuring instruments is preferred.
Basic math skills, including shop math and measurements.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Dependable, hardworking, and motivated to learn new skills.

Position: Metal Spinning Machine Operator
Location: Terre Haute, IN 47804
Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
