We’re currently hiring a Third Shift Operations Technician I for our Final Assembly department, where you’ll help ensure the quality and consistency of our trusted chromatography products. This position is scheduled to work Sunday through Friday 10:00 pm - 6:30 am.

What You'll Do

As an Operations Technician, you’ll be a critical part of our production team, supporting the final stages of manufacturing by:

  • Packaging manufactured and resale products with precision and care
  • Monitoring inventory and raw materials to support smooth production
  • Maintaining equipment, including basic repairs and installations
  • Recording and tracking production data and identifying potential issues
  • Following safety procedures for handling chemicals and operating machinery
  • Meeting quality standards by reviewing product specs and adhering to SOPs
  • Supporting your team through cross-functional collaboration and communication

This is a physical, hands-on role, requiring standing for 8–10 hours per shift with occasional lifting (less than 15 lbs.), walking, reaching, and repetitive motion.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Preferably 2+ years of technical training or experience in a science-related field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork mindset
  • Comfort working in a manufacturing setting with a focus on safety and quality
  • Ability to follow instructions, document your work, and communicate effectively

This position will require the successful completion of a standard background check in accordance with Restek policy. Employment with Restek will require successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
