Primary Responsibilities

Lead and optimize daily shift operations across production, planning, and shipping
Drive performance to meet or exceed safety, quality, and production goals
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement proactive solutions
Adjust staffing, workflows, and priorities to maintain consistent output
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE and company policies
Partner cross-functionally with planning, maintenance, quality, and logistics

Job Duties

Monitor production data, inventory levels, and shipping metrics to support decision-making
Lead shift meetings to communicate priorities, expectations, and performance updates
Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to performance standards
Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and waste reduction
Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and production systems
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned

Education and Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Experience with production processes, inventory control, and shipping operations
Forklift certification preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work with computer-controlled equipment and production systems
Ability to work overtime and varying shifts as needed
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Travel less than 10%
