TekPro is a direct-hire recruiting firm partnered with leading manufacturing companies. We’re hiring a 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor for a high-mix aerospace machine shop supporting complex CNC milling, turning, and secondary operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on production, quality, and driving shop floor performance.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead machinists, operators, and secondary personnel on 2nd shift
• Drive production flow, throughput, and schedule performance
• Support CNC milling, turning, deburr, assembly, and inspection operations
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues on the shop floor
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, safety, and customer requirements
• Drive accountability, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate shift handoff with engineering, quality, and leadership teams

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of CNC machining leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of milling, turning, and aerospace machining
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Experience in AS9100 or high-mix manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong floor leadership and communication skills
