Payrate: $35.54 - $37.57/hr.Shift: 3rd shift: 9:30pm - 6am

Summary:We are seeking a dedicated individual for an onsite position located in Davenport, IA. This role involves supervising the 3rd shift Primaries/Secondaries production, with the potential to cover other departments in the fabrication area, including primaries, secondaries, weld, machining, and paint, based on coverage needs.Responsibilities:

• Supervise the 3rd shift production team and ensure efficient operations.

• Provide coverage for other departments as needed.

• Work variable shifts, with a primary focus on the 3rd shift.

• Manage daily overtime and weekend shifts, which are mandatory on a rotating schedule with other supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Strong supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

• A 4-year degree with 2 years of supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

• At minimum, a high school diploma/equivalent with supervisory experience is required.

• Proficiency with computers, including Excel and Outlook.

• Availability to work variable shifts is mandatory.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.54 - $37.57 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
