Are you an experienced Operations Process Engineer looking for an opportunity to grow? If so, Emerson has an exciting position for you! Based in Pearland, TX, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the development of lean principles, automation of information transfer and monitoring and measuring systems and processes to meet quality, cost, schedule, safety and performance goals.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will:
- Work independently as a liaison between Administration, Inside Sales, Production, and Shipping departments.
- Create and update spreadsheets/reports using company business systems.
- Recommend process design changes to increase quality and reduce problems and costs across the value chain.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to solve problems and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Support capacity model and lean initiatives from Quote to Cash.
- Participate in the presentation of test results and design reviews.
- May lead six-sigma improvement teams.
- Interact with teammates in numerous global locations.
- May be required to travel to other Emerson factories in the United States, UAE and Sweden.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Engineering Degree - Industrial or Manufacturing or related
- Two (2) years of related experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
