Summary

Manages production, and distribution operations for Darragh Rebar Fabrication by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and streamline day-to-day processes within the rebar facility, ensuring optimal performance in manufacturing, machinery upkeep, product quality, and supply chain movement.
• Drive efficiency and reduce waste through strategic planning and resource optimization.
• Oversee and support personnel development through training, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, analyzing operational costs, and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Align production planning with customer demand to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations to foster a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years working in a management or supervisor role managing a minimum of 10 direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; or 2 years job-related experience and training in related field of productions and operations.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, and business correspondence. 
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds, stand for extended periods, and able to work in varies climate conditions.
