Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Impact: Collaborate on Lead Center strategy and implement short, mid, and long-term goals to ensure competitive, efficient, and innovative operations.

  • Manufacturing Excellence: Oversee daily performance of manufacturing facilities, ensuring timely and cost-effective production and delivery. Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to achieve benchmark levels for attainment, scrap, and lean processes.

  • Leadership and Organizational Development: Manage all hourly and salary associates in manufacturing areas. Ensure efficient planning and staffing, and develop organizational structures that leverage top talent.

  • Health, Safety & Environment: Ensure compliance with all legal and Freudenberg requirements regarding health, safety, and environment.

  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee customer satisfaction by delivering the highest quality products. Promote a quality-focused mindset.

  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a mindset of continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility. Strive to enhance both production and administrative processes for increased effectiveness and productivity.

  • Financial Oversight: Handle budget planning for your area of responsibility and review budget performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
  • In-depth understanding of operational policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
