What You'll Do
As the Workforce Transportation Program Manager, you'll oversee the daily operation of a large-scale employee transportation program, ensuring workers arrive safely, efficiently, and on time.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the day-to-day transportation operation serving hundreds of construction professionals.
- Hiring, training, coaching, and developing shuttle drivers and field supervisors.
- Creating and adjusting transportation schedules to meet changing workforce demands.
- Monitoring route performance, vehicle utilization, and on-time service metrics.
- Working directly with project leadership and client representatives to anticipate transportation needs.
- Managing driver schedules, attendance, payroll approvals, and staffing levels.
- Ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations, company safety standards, and project requirements.
- Responding quickly to operational challenges and implementing solutions before they impact the project.
- Maintaining accurate reporting, fleet documentation, and daily operational records.
- Building a culture centered on safety, accountability, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

Preferred Experience
