What You’ll Do
As our Operations Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead our Denver Operations team with a focus on safety, continuous improvement, communication and strategic planning to provide an exceptional Metrie experience for our customers. You’ll also have the chance to expand your talents by overseeing an operation that distributes both doors and millworks to our customer base.
Location: This position is based out of our Denver, Colorado branch.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field or proven experience in the manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
Experience supervising and motivating others.
Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, operations, transportation and supply chain principles and processes.
Strong communication and customer service skills; interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to handle changing priorities and use of good judgement in stressful situations.
Demonstrated leadership skills in implementing and managing change through process improvement and reviewing performance metrics.
Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and termination.
LEAN/business improvement experience with ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects & set priorities.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP and/or Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.
Ability to read and analyze reports and SOPs related to warehouse operations (P&L, budget preparation, inventory, labor/overtime costs, turnover, engagement, and monitoring expenses).
Knowledge of millwork and/or Metrie products & services preferred.
What you’ll enjoy
In adherence to the principle of pay transparency, we are pleased to disclose the base pay for this full- time position at Metrie. The base pay range for this role starts at $110,000/year. It is important to note that this position may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. The specific base pay within the range will be contingent upon an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Furthermore, it is essential to highlight that our remuneration ranges are established based on the role, level, and location.
