POSITION SUMMARY |
The Operations Engineering Manager leads and directs technical resources in the sustained development and implementation of continuous improvement programs to support Web’s dominance in Industrial and Consumer products. Additionally, this key role leads order fulfillment engineering activities. This requires building an effective engineering team and infrastructure that will scale for growth and enable Web to meet revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and key performance goals. |

Leads dispersed, multi-site operations engineering team efforts with responsibilities in the following areas:

Supervise, communicate, coach, mentor, and motivate engineers and technicians around requirements, duties, vision, values, safety, and strategy.

Demonstrating business savvy:

Travel to support the Fort Wayne IN and Dayville, CT plant. Also travel for site leadership, industry events, supplier interaction, and additional team needs: ±50% | |
Performs other functions or responsibilities as assigned. |
Additional REQUIRED Qualifications/Skills: |
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering / technical discipline. Relevant equivalent work experience will be considered. |
2. Minimum of 10 years in related work experience with demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team of engineers or other technical staff. |
3. Experience leading development and execution of process engineering / continuous improvement strategy in Industrial and Consumer products. |
4.
