- Analyze BI reports (COP, Production, PVE) to ensure data accuracy and investigate discrepancies and resolve findings.
- Review and analyze production orders for variances and initiate corrective actions.
- Update and maintain production order statuses.
- Review stock comparison reports and post or investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor and resolve EWM queue errors.
- Review and post difference analyzer entries.
- Review engineering change notifications for accounting and costing impact.
- Perform cost rolls as needed.
- Review uncosted material reports and resolve exceptions.
- Provide financial guidance and respond to daily requests for support or direction across the business.
- Participate in production order MUV meetings to review and discuss variances.
- Conduct periodic physical and systematic inventory audits (e.g., storage bin audits).
- Review G/L accounts for spend accuracy and potential errors.
- Support ongoing variance monitoring and financial control processes.
- Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Engineering.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance costing accuracy and financial processes.
- Ensure integrity of manufacturing financial data and internal controls in ERP systems (e. SAP) to oversee financial transactions, ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting or cost accounting.
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Expertise in inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel and BI reporting skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
