Pay: $50,000–$60,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 100% Onsite | Flexible 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM Start
A manufacturing company is seeking an organized and dependable Administrative & Financial Coordinator to support daily business operations and company leadership.
Responsibilities
- Pull and maintain reports
- Assist with financial and administrative tasks
- Track transactions and maintain accurate records
- Support the Owner and Executive Team
- Work with internal teams, including sales and field personnel
- Help keep office operations running smoothly
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong reporting and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
- Financial or accounting experience
- Experience working with small businesses
- Manufacturing industry experience
