We’re looking for a doer, a hands-on, data-driven Operations Excellence Leader to lead lean initiatives and drive meaningful change across our manufacturing operations.
This is not a behind-the-desk role. You’ll be on the floor, in the trenches, and at the forefront of continuous improvement. Whether you’re a proven leader or an emerging star, this role is your chance to create real, measurable impact.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Lean Daily Management with a hands-on approach across production, quality, and support teams.
Execute cross-functional improvement efforts to optimize safety, quality, cost, lead time, and team engagement.
Analyze operational data from ERP, SQL, Excel (PowerPivot), Power BI, and Smartsheet dashboards.
Facilitate Kaizen events, implement lean tools, and train teams to sustain improvements.
Support KPI reviews, root cause analysis, and high-impact reporting.
Be a floor-first leader, visible, proactive, and fully engaged in driving outcomes.
Education, Experience, License/Certification Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing (Preferred)
3+ years of experience in a leadership role (Preferred)
3+ years in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement roles (Required)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or PMP (Preferred)
