This team is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist who is highly organized, detail ­oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while serving as a key communication link between customers, sales, accounting, and production.

Position Overview:

As a Administrative Operations Specialist/Customer Service, you will play a critical role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, customers are supported promptly, and internal teams stay aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with quote requests
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer calls and emails
  • Maintain communication between customers, sales team, and production team
  • Maintain CRM records
  • Run inventory reports and assist with stock tracking
  • Assist with collections and accounting deposits
  • Support purchasing department
  • Support sales and marketing department with various projects
