About the Opportunity

A growing workforce solutions company is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Onsite Manager to support a key client location in Elgin, IL. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for both the client and contingent workforce, ensuring smooth daily operations, strong employee engagement, and exceptional customer service.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to build relationships while managing workforce operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite representative supporting a high-volume client account
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership and associates
• Conduct new hire onboarding and orientations
• Monitor attendance, performance, and workforce trends
• Address employee relations matters and provide timely resolutions
• Manage timekeeping and payroll-related processes
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client expectations
• Investigate and document workplace incidents and corrective actions as needed
• Coordinate staffing needs with recruiting teams to ensure operational coverage
• Provide regular workforce updates and reporting to client leadership
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in staffing, workforce management, human resources, or onsite management
• Previous staffing industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ATS platforms or staffing software is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to support business needs as required
