AtWork Personnel is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused On-Site Manager to oversee our temporary workforce at a busy packaging facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between AtWork Personnel, our client, and assigned employees.
Manage daily staffing needs, including employee check-in, attendance, and scheduling.
Recruit, interview, onboard, and orient new associates.
Monitor employee performance and address attendance, coaching, and disciplinary matters as needed.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Ensure a safe work environment by promoting and enforcing company and client safety policies.
Build strong working relationships with client management to ensure staffing goals are met.
Respond quickly to staffing challenges and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications
Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, manufacturing, or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work client-required hours.
