The On-Site Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between the staffing company, assigned client(s), and temporary workforce. This role is responsible for daily workforce coordination, employee support, attendance tracking, onboarding assistance, and operational reporting to ensure client satisfaction and workforce continuity across all shifts at the assigned facility as well as other facilities as specified.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Develop a pipeline of candidates by constantly sourcing new talent and networking
- Research and present ideas for developing creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to consistently promote, recruit and engage candidates through online platforms and social media
- Review and follow up on Web Leads with a goal of adding candidates to our ATS
- Create, record and maintain updated candidate pipelines
- Attend, plan and/or host job fairs o Attend networking events
- Community Outreach
Play a critical role in ensuring we are screening and hiring the best possible talent
- Create interview questionnaires and/or aptitude tests
- Review candidate resumes and offers resume guidance/assistance
- Coordinate and conduct candidate screening for all shifts as needed virtually or on-site (interviews, tours, follow-ups, background checks and drug tests)
Administrative Duties
- Intaking applications and assisting with onboarding
- Completing I-9’s
- Entering applications in ATS
- Entering and maintaining Job Orders in ATS
- Collaboration with Payroll Department by entering employee Payroll information into ATS and assisting with the collection/approval of employee hours.
- Handling sensitive & confidential information with professionalism
- Promote a safe, respectful and compliant work environment relevant to all policies and employment laws
- Assist with check deliveries and support service needs for other clients within assigned territory
Client and Employee Retention
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence and communicate changes promptly
- Record keeping (document timeline for all clients, applicants, candidates and employees)
- Periodic in-person quality check/retention visits with employees and clients
**Qualifications/Skills: **
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field a plus.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in Staffing or related field
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS or HR software
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Fluent in English and Spanish required
- Ability to walk production floors and warehouse environments
- Ability to lift up to 25 lb. as need
