Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed agreed-upon goals for each Service Contract.
Coordinate all Service Contract activities—including order entry, tracking, scheduling, and communication—ensuring accurate, timely updates.
Develop and maintain sales tools such as surveys, reference lists, presentations, proposals, and technical guidelines.
Maintain necessary data and provide reports as requested by the Manager of Business Development.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage assigned responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
Safeguard all corporate assets within area of responsibility.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
At least year of experience in an engineering role (maintenance engineer, reliability engineer, application engineer)
Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and customer‑focused.
Solid systems knowledge and analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to visit customers weekly and work closely with customers.
Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Access experience is a plus.
Rotating equipment experience is preferred.
