Arrow is excited to offer recent university graduates the opportunity to join our Early Career On-Ramp Program. Designed to discover the next generation of Arrow’s talent, to guide innovation forward. This accelerated development program helps bridge the gap for recent college graduates joining the professional world via curriculum including soft skills training, One Arrow content, and a cross-functional case competition. This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our Denver office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home
What You’ll Be Doing:
This unique program blends on-the-job training with structured professional development, allowing you to learn essential skills needed to thrive within an organization while participating in a targeted development program that will advance your professional soft skills and business acumen. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Professional soft skills training: vendor-led presentations on Time Management, Resilience, Conflict Management, Problem Solving, Presentation Skills, and more
One Arrow content: Arrow’s history, business units and functions, and corporate strategy
Arrow resources: Arrow’s systems, tools, and career development offerings
Case Competition: participants solve for an Arrow real-world challenge, via cross-functional teams
In Addition:
Cross-collaborate with Sales Operations, Field Sales Representatives, and Solutions Architects to manage the demand and expectations of customers and suppliers
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from various sources.
Address supplier delivery or quality issues
Support supplier onboarding as needed
What We Are Looking For:
Recent bachelor's degree graduates with 0-2 years of post-collegiate professional experience
Business-fluent English (oral & written)
Able to build influential relationships, passionate about helping others, curious about technology, and savvy with systems (MS Office Suite)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A high degree of organization with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve while dealing with ambiguity successfully
Experience procuring using ERP/MRP preferred; Oracle preferred
