We are a veteran and family-owned business with deep roots and humble beginnings dating back to 1985 when we started distributing Miller Brewing Company products in Duval County. With branches in both Jacksonville and Savannah, we partner with over 3,200 retailers across 37 counties in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.

Champion Brands Inc. is now seeking a candidate to fill our open On-Premise Sales Assistant position. This position will be responsible for assisting the On-Premise Account Managers with various duties in accounts and help maintain all aspects related to customer relationships, including but not limited to inventory management, promotional events, point of sale marketing, pricing, cleaning & organizing space, and selling/building displays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB
• Sales Oriented - Consistently focused on opportunities to improve company sales and profits. Demonstrates creativity in building new business and expanding existing customer relationships. Approaches every business encounter with a sales-oriented mindset of winning versus competition.
• Quality Control – Responsible for following Champion Brands Quality Control policies and procedures. Consistently demonstrates high attention to detail and shows concern for all aspects of the position and accurately checks processes and tasks.
• Planning & Time Management – Maintains a high level of energy and commitment. Uses available resources to manage multiple tasks at once without losing focus. Works with a sense of urgency to complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communication & Collaboration – Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to relay and receive any necessary job information. Works effectively with others to meet goals and satisfy objectives. Develops and maintains strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
• Cost Management - Manages and maintains company equipment and resources to reduce unnecessary spending and damaged or lost assets.
• Adaptability – Ability to manage routes with different demographic during vacation, sick days, or everyday duties
WORK STATUS: Full Time
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday
SALARY: $40,000
ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION: Monthly Vehicle Reimbursement

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Requirements
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient knowledge of technology tools and resources.
• Reliable automobile transportation.
• Maintain automobile driving privileges and insurability.
Note: As part of the requirement for the job, all positions driving a personal vehicle for work must carry collision and comprehensive coverage at the following minimum coverages. Additionally, Champion Brands must be listed as an “Additional Interested Party” on the policy.
Bodily Injury Liability Limit: $100,000 each person/$300,000 each accident

Preferred:
• College Degree
• 1-2 years of Sales Experience
