On-Call Maintenance Technician – Charlotte Area

We are seeking a dependable and motivated On-Call Maintenance Technician to serve properties throughout the Charlotte area. The ideal candidate is reliable, responsive, and ready to assist when needed, with the ability to answer calls promptly and report to assignments on short notice.

• Experienced in apartment, multifamily, or property maintenance
• Available for on-call assignments and able to respond the same day when needed
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance

• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Charlotte area
