Job Title: Mechanical Technician – Minot, ND

Location: Minot, North Dakota

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Technician to maintain equipment, reduce downtime, and support on-time operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on assigned equipment per program and Reliability Centered Maintenance standards using the CMMS.
• Maintain accurate records in TLM systems (materials, labor, work orders, equipment history).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase asset utilization, reduce turnaround time, and lower costs.
• Support failure investigations and CoSD projects (e.g., parts repair/reuse).
• Comply with all safety, quality, and competency standards.

Requirements

Required:

• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience (tools, equipment, or machinery).
• Proficiency with basic and pneumatic hand tools.
• Basic computer skills (iPad/laptop + Microsoft Office).
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred:

• Hydraulic and pressurized equipment experience.
• Oil & gas or industrial background.
• Inspection (NDE) experience.

Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, safety-focused, reliable team player.

Additional Details

• Training: Will be in Oklahoma (travel and per diem provided ) Must be able to travel for training
• Schedule: Business-driven, typical ~12-hour shifts.
• Interview: In-person (shop tour possible — steel toe boots recommended).

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Mechanical technician: 1 year (Required)
