Job Overview:

  • **Local to San Antonio / Von Ormy Tx area **
  • 15 days on 6 days off

$17-$23/hr LOTS OF HOURS! 80-110Hrs a week

Shift/Hours

  • Rotation: 15 days on / 6 days off

**MUST HAVE CLASS A CDL with no driving restrictions! **

The Equipment Operator plays a critical role in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable operations to customers. This position is responsible for the safe and competent operation of specialized equipment while continuously identifying opportunities to improve service quality and delivery. The Equipment Operator works closely with field crews and maintenance teams to prepare, maintain, and optimize equipment for operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all job deliverables are accurate, completed on time, and meet or exceed customer and company standards.
  • Actively participate in pre-job meetings, Toolbox safety talks, and post-job reviews with crew members.
  • Maintain equipment in safe, reliable working condition according to company standards, performing routine checks and promptly reporting any issues, malfunctions, or deviations.
  • Prioritize the safety of self and the entire crew by following all safety protocols and promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Efficiently prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down operations to minimize non-productive time.
  • Operate assigned equipment at the appropriate competency level and in accordance with job requirements and procedures.
  • Consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly adhere to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures.
  • Complete and maintain all required safety training and certifications.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualifications and Experience: High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED).

Minimum 1 years’ experience as a skilled operator or equivalent military experience.

Basic PC literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite desirable.
