Job Description:
Scheduling Responsibilities and description:
• Maintain communication, both verbally and electronically, efficiently and professionally.
• Answer phone calls for multiple locations in a very professional manner.
• Help clients schedule material for the facilities.
• Assist clients with approval numbers, for proper handling.
• Reply to emails in a timely manner.
• Build positive working relationship to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues with the different schedules.
• Resolve issues with facility for unscheduled loads.
• Help resolve rejected load issues between client and facility.
• Act as liaison between client, and facility.
• Collaborate internally & provide resolutions to clients effectively.
• Analyze needs, recognize potential issues, research alternatives, and provide solutions.
• Contact 3rd party transportation for clients when needed.
• Emails and email explanations to clients, facilities and sales proficiently.
• Manage schedules based on facility needs and capabilities.
• Help maintain a group email, to ensure all emails are distributed correctly.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma / GED preferred.
• Experience in waste or recycling industry preferred.
• Desire to have direct customer contact & provide high level of customer service.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to use sound judgment and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels both orally and in written form.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
