OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - Hand Therapy
The clinic is a private outpatient clinic specializing in hand therapy and upper-extremity care,
including the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. The clinic offers a close-knit, collaborative
environment where therapists are supported, patients receive one-on-one care, and culture is a
major priority. Team members help one another, share patients when needed, and maintain a
strong attitude of growth and learning.
This is a full-time Occupational Therapist role focused on treating upper-extremity and hand
therapy patients in a private clinic setting. The right person may be an experienced hand therapist,
a CHT, or a licensed OT who is earlier in their hand therapy career and eager to grow with strong
mentorship and support.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand conditions
- Provide one-on-one patient care in 45-minute appointments
- Build individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals
- Collaborate with other therapists and team members on shared patient care
- Document patient progress with paid charting time built into the schedule
- Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and internal team members
- Participate in mentorship, training, and ongoing professional development
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
- Maintain a high standard of care without double-booking patients
What You Bring
- Active Occupational Therapy license, or ability to obtain the required state license
- Interest in hand therapy and upper-extremity care
- Strong communication and patient-care skills

Nice to Have
- Certified Hand Therapist credential
- Prior hand therapy or upper-extremity experience
- Level II fieldwork placement in hand therapy
- Private outpatient clinic experience

Schedule
- Monday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:15 AM to 5:15 PM
- Thursday: 7:15 AM to 5:15 PM
- Friday: 7:15 AM to 11:30 AM
