Registered Nurse / Nurse Case Manager**

Location: Hybrid, New York, NY (3 days onsite and 2 days remote.)

Job Type: 6 + month contract

Interview: 1 virtual round – camera required; technical and behavioral questions.

**Summary: **

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) / Nurse Case Manager to support employee health, wellness, and medical absence management programs within a corporate Employee Wellness Center.

The Nurse Case Manager will manage employee medical leave and absence cases, including FMLA, maternity leave, short-term disability, long-term disability, catastrophic leave, sick absences, and return-to-work activities. This role will also perform medical record reviews, prepare case documentation, coordinate with healthcare providers, and support employee wellness initiatives.

**Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage employee sick absence and medical leave cases.
• Coordinate and administer FMLA cases, including leave for an employee's own medical condition or qualifying family member.
• Process maternity leave and related documentation.
• Support STD, LTD, catastrophic leave, and other medical absence cases.
• Coordinate sick-pay approvals and related documentation.
• Support employees through the return-to-work process.
• Maintain accurate and timely leave and absence records

Preferred Qualifications

• ADN (Associate Degree in Nursing) + 4 years of relevant experience, OR BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) + 2 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of clinical or nurse case management experience.
