Based in our Shakopee, MN location, as a Supply Chain Project Manager - NPD you will serve as the supply chain single point of contact on new product development programs. You will support new product teams from initial design concept through the development cycles and product introduction. You will collaborate with all functions of the supply chain to help source, qualify and launch new product materials.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $88,000-$105,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
