Are you mechanically inclined, dependable, and enjoy working hands-on? We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, providing excellent customer service, and working in a variety of environments.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer locations
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems
• Read and interpret service manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
• Travel to customer sites as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous field service, maintenance, or mechanical repair experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
