Acloché has an immediate opening for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder in Marion!

💰 Pay: Up to $25.00/hour, depending on experience

⏰ Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

📍 Location: Marion, OH

What You'll Be Doing

• MIG and TIG welding steel and aluminum components
• Performing production-style welding
• Reading and working from blueprints, layouts, and engineering drawings
• Setting up jobs using jigs and fixtures
• Fabricating and reworking parts
• Inspecting welds to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Using calipers and other measuring tools
• Working with fitters and welders on multi-component assemblies
• Maintaining welding equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Cross-training in other areas as needed

What We're Looking For

✅ Strong MIG and TIG welding experience

✅ AWS D1.1 Certification is mandatory

✅ Blueprint reading experience

✅ Ability to pass a weld test

✅ Experience welding steel and aluminum

✅ Ability to use calipers

✅ Strong attention to quality and detail

✅ Reliable attendance and work ethic

✅ Robotic welding experience is a plus
