Dynax America has been in business for over 30 years with a strong well-established customer base. The North America Sales Manager position is responsible for managing all sales activities of Dynax America including protecting and strengthening relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, customer negotiations/conflict resolution, and technical support to customers. You will manage a small sales team servicing our North American customer base as well as representing Dynax America’s international affiliates in North America. Position is based in the Roanoke Plant and requires up to 20% travel to local North American customers and global Dynax locations. We will consider remote work for the ideal candidate.

The ideal candidate with have a degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry preferably with Tier 1 OE automotive supplier, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have demonstrated success in a previous sales position in the auto industry.
