KEY TASKS

• Understand and follow work instructions and control plans
• Assist with key tasks during changeovers full line
• Perform quality checks and input data into the Quality System to keep the process nominal; input GMaP’s data when required.
• Maintain an organized clean work environment: 5S.
• Understands required PPE; location and purpose of all lockouts and e-stops.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment keeps the process running.
• Excellent trouble shooting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to set priorities and goals.
• Leads by strong work ethic and good attendance record.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance, attitude, and decision-making skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

Years of Experience:

• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required for business travel
• Regular and predictable attendance required
• Cooperate within teams to carry out tasks and responsibilities
• Overtime may be required as workload or projects dictate, including weekends and holidays

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Basic skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on approach to problem solving and analysis.
