Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Lead and direct workflow and performance of employees
Monitor employees productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency
Motivate and train employees
Enforce compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures and rules
Maintain company quality and quantity standards
Screen and provide input on hiring warehouse personnel
Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with OSHA standards
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School degree or equivalent (college a plus)
3 -5 years of supervisory experience
Must be able to work assigned hours, Sunday-Thursday at 5:00pm - until
Must have excellent leadership and communication skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner
Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing and walking
