Job Overview:

Description

At IRP, we don’t just manufacture products — we help global brands come to life. From eye-catching merchandising equipment to rugged Grizzly coolers, our work is seen (and used) in stadiums, stores, and events across the country. Whether it’s a custom-molded cooler, a precision wire rack, or electric refrigeration equipment, our products support some of the biggest names in food and beverage — including Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola, Gatorade, Nestlé Waters, MillerCoors, and PepsiCo.

We believe great work starts with great people. That’s why we’re looking for team members who bring passion, pride, and purpose to everything they do. At IRP, we value fresh perspectives, hands-on learning, and a strong work ethic. We offer a workplace where you can challenge yourself, build real-world skills, and be part of a team that takes pride in doing things right.

If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, make an impact, and be part of something bigger — we’d love to have you on board.
