## Responsibilities
Lead and supervise demolition crew members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment management.
Conduct site assessments and develop demolition plans in collaboration with project managers.
Monitor progress and performance, providing guidance and support to crew members as needed.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to demolition activities.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and incident reports.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Identify and mitigate potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in demolition or construction management preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in demolition or construction, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, safety practices, and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary security clearances for working on a naval base.
