Job Description

We are looking for a Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting experience and a solid mechanical background.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and machinery.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting on systems ranging from 24V to 480V using a Fluke multimeter.
• Troubleshoot basic PLC-related issues, including inputs/outputs and resetting drives.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, including replacing and repairing hydraulic pumps and valves.
• Perform mechanical repairs and replacements of chains, belts, bearings, etc.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Work alongside experienced maintenance leads to learn equipment, processes, and plant operations.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills using a multimeter.
• Experience working with 24V–480V electrical systems.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge, particularly inputs and outputs.
• Hydraulic troubleshooting experience, including the ability to replace or repair hydraulic pumps.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively with experienced maintenance personnel and take direction and feedback.
