Multicraft Maintenance Technician will support maintenance and fabrication activities in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position requiring strong welding skills, fabrication experience, and the ability to perform a variety of general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with small components and welding in tight or difficult-to-access spaces. You will play a key role in shaping how early designs become production-ready platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general mechanical and industrial maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
Complete welding repairs and fabrication projects as needed.
Weld small components and assemblies, often in tight or confined spaces.
Read and interpret basic drawings, sketches, and measurements to support fabrication and repairs.
Install mechanical components and route conduit and enclosures.
Collaborate with engineering to resolve build issues and improve manufacturability.
Help define and document repeatable assembly processes.
Support the transition from prototype to repeatable production.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment and mechanical components.
Assist with installation, modification, and repair of machinery and facility equipment.
Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Qualifications

4+ years of industrial maintenance experience required; 10+ years preferred.
Strong, hands-on welding experience required.
Must be proficient in welding; specifically MIG welding
Experience with metal fabrication, fitting, cutting, grinding, and related processes.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 pounds.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
