Our Porter, IN facility, is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician to support our high-performance production environment. If you’re experienced in electrical systems, PLCs, and mechanical repair – and ready to grow with a company that invests in your future – we want to hear from you. 

Shifts Available: Afternoons (2 pm – 12a) and Evenings (9 pm – 7 am).

Work Schedule: 4 Ten Hour Days either - Sun – Wed or Wed – Sat (based on business requirements)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues across the facility 
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment 
  • Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs 
  • Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics 
  • Accurately log maintenance activities in our CMMS system 
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent (manufacturing preferred) 
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley), ladder logic, and control systems 
  • Electrical experience and/or training highly preferred
  • Proficiency in mechanical repair, welding, and fabrication 
  • Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial safety standards 

Preferred Certifications: 

  • Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, Confined Space, PPE 
  • CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10/30 
  • Technical degree or trade school certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field
