Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedMULTI-STATION TRANSFER PRESS SET-UP PERSON

The ideal candidate will have hands on experience setting up and running US BAIRD and WATERBURY FARREL transfer presses used in precision metal forming and high-volume production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Set-up and adjust multi station transfer presses (US BAIRD and WATERBURY FARRELL)

Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings and set-up sheets

Install and align tooling dies, and transfer mechanisms for optimal performance

Troubleshoot and resolve press and tooling issues to ensure consistent production quality

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on presses and related equipment

Collaborate with engineering, toolroom and quality teams to meet production goals and maintain safety standards

Qualifications

3+ years of experience setting up and operating multi-station transfer presses.

Strong knowledge of US BAIRD and/or WATERBURY FARRELL equipment

Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and using precision measuring tools

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
