Job Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and setup Tornos and Gildemeister six-spindle machines
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Provide training and guidance to junior level personnel

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers).
  • Strong knowledge of machining principles.
  • Experience operating and setting up. (Tornos & Gildemeister preferred)
  • Familiarity with creating and interpreting job layouts, with a focus on part accuracy and efficiency.
