Key Responsibilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems • Utilize basic understanding of civil and structural to support foundational work. • Perform mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work as needed. • Troubleshoot and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and industrial controls/ PLC and logic. • Support industrial production lines by minimizing downtime and addressing equipment failures • Perform industrial facility maintenance such as welding, fabrication, HVAC, plumbing, equipment, mechanical, civil, piping, pumps, and structural repairs • Read and interpret industrial schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation • Follow OSHA, plant safety standards, and maintain accurate maintenance records • Inspects machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions • Develops and maintains key documentation for document control. • Generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports, to provide a holistic review of current state and clear path forward. • Enters equipment and ancillaries into maintenance database, tracks, orders, and stores critical parts and spares. • Instructs and guides new employees to build operational based maintenance capabilities. • Fabricate parts for machine upgrades and repair. This includes the fabrication of pipe, applying the proper take-off and welding (Tig, Mig, and Stick) • Utilizes basic hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for task execution.
